Clubhouse Reservations

The Lost Forrest Clubhouse is available for LFHOA Members only to host private parties/functions.

Any dues paying LFHOA Member may reserve the Clubhouse for their own use. For each event, there will be a $75 nonrefundable usage charge. There is also a $250 cleaning/damage deposit, which will be refunded upon satisfactory inspection after your event.

Should you have questions prior to submitting your online reservation request, please contact  clubhouse@lostforrest.com.

The maximum indoor occupancy of the clubhouse is 47.  For events of over 47 guests, prior board approval is required, and an inclement weather contingency plan must be in place for the patio area, typically in the form of a tent set up by an events company.

Also, please note that the pool MAY NOT be used in conjunction with an event at the clubhouse.

Upon approved reservation, please print out the Rental Agreement and Rental Checklists, sign and return.  Also, please thoroughly read the Clubhouse Rules.
