The Architectural Controls Committee (ACC) is a volunteer group of Lost Forrest residents who help ensure that our community maintains the high standards for which Lost Forrest is renowned.

Any time a homeowner plans changes to any aspect of the exterior of their property (even if it is not visible from the street), the homeowner is required to submit a request to the ACC, which we then evaluate.
Typical requests include: Additions, exterior painting, re-roofing, siding replacement, tree removal, landscape changes, retaining walls, fences, pool or playset installation, deck or patio installation, garage door replacement.
While all modifications must be approved in advance, the ACC has developed broad design standards for the community that you may use as a guideline when planning any changes.
