Property Modification Requests must be submitted to the ACC prior to beginning work on your home. The ACC strives to respond to most requests within seven (7) days, but please note that this is a volunteer effort, and requests may sometimes be delayed due to committee members’ personal, business and travel schedules. Please submit your requests as far in advance as possible!
Requests should be as detailed as possible: plans, specifications, drawings, color swatches, pictures, full descriptions, and whether it is a change from what is currently there are all helpful pieces of information.
While all modifications must be approved in advance, the ACC has developed broad design standards for the community that you may use as a guideline when planning any changes. Additional guidelines and restrictions may be reviewed by consulting sections 5 and 6 of our neighborhood covenants.
