Pool Access Point Conversion
Dear Neighbors,
We wanted to share an important update concerning our security and access points at the pool area.
Work began today to convert our all our access points to the pool to new key fob readers. The new key fob readers are a much-needed update from our aging card access and key code readers that we’ve been using for years. The whole system will be controlled by an app in which the HOA can monitor access in and out of our pool and clubhouse areas. Additionally, we are updating our security cameras and security platform to enable the HOA remote access monitoring and recording of all our common areas around the clubhouse, tennis, parking lot, and pool areas.
HOW LONG WILL INSTALLATION TAKE?
Installation, testing, and programming should be completed by May 4. During this time, there will be no access to pool restrooms for those of you using the tennis courts. The existing key pad reader is being completely replaced. We apologize for the inconvenience.
HOW DO I GET ONE OF THE NEW KEY FOBS?
We are coordinating dates and times in which each Lost Forrest community member can come pick up your new key fobs. The process should be fairly simple as we will assign key fobs to your address and you can come and pick it up. Look for an email in the very near future on the exact dates, times and location.
WHAT ABOUT THE TENNIS COURT AND RESTROOM KEY?
The tennis court key will continue to open both courts and the pool restrooms as usual. There will be no key fob readers on the two tennis courts gates or pool restroom locks.
