POOL GATE IS WORKING! 7/16/21
The main pool gate to the Lost Forrest Pool is has been repaired. You may scan your card for access. When you leave, please press and hold the gate release button while pushing open the gate. If you experience any difficulties please contact Kathryn Smith at 704-488-7086. If you do not have a pool access card (or tennis key) please contact email@example.com.
ALSO: Nautix is experiencing staffing issues. They are often not able to provide full guard coverage for our pool schedule so there may be times when a guard is not on duty. Please follow the rules posted at the pool and on the Lost Forrest website and recognize that it is ‘swim at your own risk’ when there is no guard on site.
On a related note: For a while, Nautix was providing pool ‘monitors’ when there was not a qualified guard available. The monitors were not guards, and it was a confusing perception. We have instructed them to not continue this practice. If they can not provide a qualified guard there will be no guard on duty. We apologize for this inconvenience.
